Friday’s snow brought a whole mess of problems with it Saturday.
Our furnace motor began making some horrific noise Friday night, so I turned it off in order to get some sleep. Of course, as soon as Sunshine woke up, he turned it on and began complaining about the noise; I had to inform him that it had been turned off for a reason.
Mr B and Sunshine worked all day to move the never used rear furnace motor to the front furnace. Nothing is ever easy with an RV. We had to disassemble the furnaces from the outside. We had to disassemble the rear furnace from the inside, which involved disassembling the nightstand. We had to disassemble the front furnace from the inside, which involved disassembling the kitchen.
We also had frozen windows. The rear window and the driver’s door window both frosted over on the inside. This meant we had to disassemble the bed and unstack all of the shit that is in the driver’s seat to get the frost to melt and clean up all the water so it didn’t mold and mildew, because that shit is dangerous with COPD. It also involved washing the sheets that were soaking wet.
It was a total clusterfuck of a day, and I cannot find enough words to express how grateful I am that it is over.
